I think it's fricken hilarious that they talk about labor costs but their rampers and CSR's can't afford their own place to stay on 60-hours-a-week pay.

I should have been more of a student of de-regulation...any thoughts..at least based on the artlicle, whether it was good, bad, or a double-edged sword?
