Doug what is so bad is that executives will move on and still be executives at other companies and getting nice salaries while the ones they screwed, the employees will be scrounging and yes pilots included. Unfortunately I am sure there is a percentage of pilots that live pay check to pay check. Executives move on while employees are left to pick up the pieces.

DAL = Delta Air Lines Since DL does not have a base at DAL, it's interchangeable.
