King Air Help

Hey guys. What can I do (what books can I buy) or what would you recommend me to do to get familiar with an airplane? There is an opportunity back home to fly a King Air. Im very interested in the position and I figured getting to know the flows or the systems might make a good impression. I want them to know Im very serious about this. What books can I buy or what should I do to get a heads start on learning to fly the airplane? THANKS
