How senior is this base? Just got hired as a freight dog and will be building my multi time with hopes of joining the Skywest ranks within the next year or so. Any advice? Tuscon would be ideal if I could make it work.

TUS is kind of in the middle. You could consider yourself lucky to be awarded TUS out of class. A guy from my class wanted to go there and it took him about three months to get it. He is still pretty junior within the base. It is a crap shoot.

BUT, if you get hired into the Brasilia, you'd have to wait out your year seat lock, then transition to the jet.
