Owning can be really good and really bad.

I just dropped today 1700 bucks for new mags. I also rebuilt 2 cylinders last year. This is just from a 152. Expenses can really add up, and fast.

OK, just joined AOPA...we'll see what resources they have on the subject. Is the consensus that the best insurance coverage/rates are normally through them? Does USAA cover airplanes?
