"The schools Doug accepts advertising from are good quality schools that aren't out to scam you" I would disagree with that. It depends on what you mean by scam. I think FSA's direct track is a scam. |

I visited DCA back in 2000 and the first thing they did was hand me a booklet, or prospectus, on the stock and revenue of the company. Times have changed.
