Skywest is starting service to Rockford

It just came to my attention recently that Skywest is starting service to Rockford, IL from Denver in March. If any Skywest pilots bid for this flying, PM me and I will give you information on good places to eat. Heck, if I am available I'll even pick you up and take you to the best ones.

As a last minute note I have an interview scheduled with them for a cross utilized position today at 11am so hopefully I will see you there sometime.

I was based in Rockford, IL for two weeks. There's that subway sandwich down by the hotels!

Yep, the Machine Shed is one of my favorite restraunts. There are others here that are great too.

I avoid subway like the plague though.

Well I am 80% sure I have the job. I am really bad with names, but I 1 on 1 interviewed with the new Rockford station manager. The group interview was with the new station manager, the regional manager for Chicago(well basicly the entire midwest), and a blonde hair recruiter that was very nice.

I hope I got the job though. It looks like a great company and who I want to work for as a mechanic after I graduate. I find out tomorrow or Wednesday. I will post again in the member anouncements when I find out if I got it. If I don't get it I will reply in this post.
