| Would FSA's direct track programs be considered PFJ?

| Big Chief's Woman | have you done a search yet in the FSA or general section? I think that's been talked about before... I don't have the time to do the search, otherwise i'd look around... but if you at least print some of what you "think" is PFJ..then we can mull it over.. without any information - we can't give a direct answer. |

| Old Skool | Not quite, you interview first THEN pay. If you don't pass the screening process, they don't take you. |

| "Would FSA's direct track programs be considered PFJ?" I don't think so. See Gulfstream academy. |

| The way direct track works is you interview before you start training at FSA. If you get "hired", you pay for the program. It's not true PFT because you still have to go through regular regional airline ground school successfully after direct track. It's not like you are paying for your initial at a regional, like back in the day when the phrase PFT was coined. You are paying for the opportunity to have an airline hire you at ridiculously low time. PFJ is worse, because you are paying for the chance to build time doing what is normally a paid, entry level, regional job. |

Don't forget that you don't get the COE or "hired" if you will, unless you have paid for the entire program and successfully complete stages 1 and 2........kind puts people into a corner...without starting their training, all they get is interview practice.... | |
