Smile NTSB report

Anyone know information about this accident? I remember seeing it a few weeks ago but forgot to print it off - if you know the N number or date or something it'd be helpful. I think it was within the past 2 years.

The general synopsis is that a small single engine plane crashed. I believe it was 2 fatalities. The NTSB couldn't find anything mechanically wrong with the aircraft which was squawking 1200. They, however, found the pilot and passenger's clothes torn from their bodies, but not from impact or seatbelts. The NTSB also noted that their seatbelts were functioning properly, but were not on at time of impact. Basically it was a mile high club operation with the pilot. I'd like to get the report to show someone.

Thanks people!
