Default Met the man...

Of course it was @ Starbucks getting some coffee in Cincy this morning. Was a pleasure to meet you Mr. Taylor and hope you had a great flight out to SLC. Rock On!

Are you sure it was Doug, and not an hired imposter to keep Doug's true identity classified.

I thought it was going to be a post about what I was thinking when I ordered a grande non-fat capuccino with and extra shot!

Nice meeting you bro, rock on!

Doug how does a Cincy layover compare to others? Or do they all just blend together at this point...

All depends on where you lay over, who you're flying with and how long you have in the layover city, but mostly they all just blend together after a while.

More or less 'scavenge for food and look for cheap beer' within a reasonable distance from the hotel.

It's funny how eventually you will bid a schedule to overnight in all the cities that have cool things to do. It's like Christmas everytime the bids come out to see who you will be flying with and how long the overnight is... hopefully in a fun city with a nice hotel!!

Haha our chilli is authentic....You can't find it anywhere else right? Yes it is an aquired taste but man when your hungry on a friday night at 1AM there is nothing better than the Clifton Skyline, I'm sure you know that!
But yeah your chilli is "real" chilli and yeah, your mexican food destroys ours anyday....

Over there on Clifton (forget the name of the other street) but by the IGA and Burnett Woods. I had several friends that spend alot of time in that park...But yea it's an aquired taste. I laughed when my friends took me there the first time saying it was real chilli. But some of these same people thought Taco Bell was authentic.

I actually tried a bit of the "Texas" stuff at the airport and it was alright. But the standard Gold Star is a little too strange for my tastes!

LOL...2AM? Think the park closes at 9 or 10pm. But those actvities (so I've been told) go on all hours of the day and night. Of course moreso late at night. Funny that you know about that park. I didn't know it's reputation was so widespread!

As far as the chili--- SKYLINE...no goldstar allowed. I usually have skyline within the first hour of getting off the plane in CVG...
