Better say Happy Thanksgiving now also since I will be without power on this Turkey Day. I will be deer hunting on an island

(On an island? That's one way of keeping the deer from getting away!)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Count your blessings and give thanks!

Yep, I'm working too. Aviation does not take days off. I won't be flying but I'll be getting the flights out as a ramp guy. Any OH, 9E or XJT guys that come though say hi.

Kristie, I enjoy the ramp a lot, but it has only fueled my desire to fly. In the 6 months I have been at Comair in BGR I have made some great friendships, and I would not trade the experience for anything.

I was in church this morning, Thanksgiving service, and there was a young man (30'ish) sitting alone, about three rows ahead.

He has three young kids. His wife is dying from cancer.

And he's at a Thanksgiving service.

Anybody out there that isn't thankful for what they have.....I'm coming over to give a dope slap!

Damn It!

Happy Thanksgiving all! I woke up this morning and was just like "what the heck DON'T I have to be thankful for?" Nada. Life is good, even with all the ups and downs of this industry.

Hope you all have an awesome holiday weekend! Get stuffed!
