| Agent Smith  |  Remember, we're a culture where Ruth's Chris can throw "Free Steak Day" and people will demand to speak to the manager because there's no A-1 steak sauce and the sides are a la carte. I just saw a good example of that here at the hotel in Denver. They provide a free hot breakfast which is pretty yummy. You couldn't believe the amount of people complaining because there wasn't Earl Grey tea, fat-free milk and... Turkey sausage! Geez.
