| Senior Member | Hey I was down at the Delta uniform shop and they have pure wool and a 45% wool 65% polyester blend. Was wondering which is better, pros and cons for each? Either has to be better than my stick to seat 100% polyester pants I have now. |

| Old Skool | For me, the less polyester, the better. So I'd go with the 100 percent wool! |

| Senior Member | I have wool, but I don't wear pants. Gotta let the flag fly. |

Nothing like polyester to be 1) really hot in the summer and 2) completely freezing in the winter. I'd say go with the wool. |

| Old Skool | Wish I had that choice at Disney, it was poly all the way, baby! And those Tomorrowland "costumes" REALLY were a hit with the ladies, too...... Just be careful mixing fabrics. I think that's a sin or something in the Old Testament...... |

| Moderator | Think 'Natural Fibers' at all cost. Go wool. My old polyester uniform pants were awful. They were forever sticking to my butt when it was hot out, and they were cold to wear in winter. |

| Old Skool | You just gotta love polyester. It's uncomfortable regardless of the weather. And then in the airplane environment, the idea of a flammable fabric in an environment where fire can be a problem just doesn't strike me as a good idea. On top of that, polyester just offends my fashion sensibilities! ![]() |
