The odd thing is, Ari-Ben and Skymates are still able to do it for close to that. ATP's gotta pay for all those full-color ads and the Citations.

Man I love that school though. Kind of weird that 7 years later and the Instructor program is $500 bucks cheaper.

Yeah, I noticed that too, Kell!!

I was flipping through old copied of AOPA Flight Training, and you guys would flip if I scanned some of the other ads and prices that I saw in there!

Seneca rates, wet, at $99/Hour!!!

They used to give out free MEI's if you stayed on to instruct for them.

Shoot, back in 1995, my flight school was renting Seneca-I's at $105/hr wet and 172's for $55/hr.

I thought I was living large when I rented a $65/hr Arrow-III to fly my father to Palo Alto!

Is that avatar of a plane crashing? Is there a video of it somewhere? It is hard for me to tell as I have my computer on a high resolution and it makes the pictures smaller.

I got my private in a PA28-140 for $39/hr. wet. I used to rent Warriors for $45/hr., and a PA28-235 for $70/hr. wet.

This was 1998-2000.

Doh! Now I sound like my grandpa. "When I was your age, we used to buy gas for $.02/gallon. It only cost $2 to fill up our cars!"
