| and This Is What I Did. This was my second time attempting to avoid the fence in my pictures. They are from KPVD. I took about 30 more, but they are too bad to post I did get learn a few things while listening to my scanner. First off, Cape Air has no callsign over atc (just Cessna ###), second- Skywest flies to Providence, and third- it seemed like the controller was new. When he cleared someone for landing, he didn't say the winds. Probably every 5th plane asked for the winds. Everytime I focused on the plane through the fence, it was a lucky shot. What setting do I adjust in order to blur out the fence and get the plane? Hope you like 'em and are there any that are a.net quality ![]() |

| The controller doesnt need to state the winds, they are in the ATIS, but pilots often request them when they are on final to simplify wind correction. |

| Much better! I've definately seen improvement from your past photos you have shared! Keep it up. Oh, and I'm sure a few of them would be a.net quality if that is what you are looking for. Maybe a little photo editing could help as well. |

[/ QUOTE ] whenever I shoot through the fence, the fence usually is in focus instead of the plane [ QUOTE ] Nice shots of 185 and Tweety... wasn't me this time though... [/ QUOTE ] when I heard them call to atc, I thought about it being you or someone else but it would be so ironic to have that happen two times. Tweety had a quick flight, I was surprised because it was a solo . and ATC held 3 airliners while Tweety was landing-that was funny.Thank you for all of the compliments |
