| Ditto. I'm a vocal David-Clark fan. I love the 13.4, and my 13X noise cancelling are even better. |

| Senior Member | [ QUOTE ] Here too. I finally broke down and bought a set of DC 13.4's and they're the best thing since sliced bread. Personally, if I had to purchase a new set of GA headsets, if the FBO doesn't sell David Clark's, I'm not even stepping in. [/ QUOTE ] Is that what you are using now? I did see what looked like DC's in your pictures from the road 2 a week or so back. |

| I got a new DC last month, moved up from H10-13.4 to the H10-13X. I love the ANR, they make the long trips much more enjoyable. |

| Yes, a 13.4 can be upgraded to ANR with the headsetsinc.com kit. Don't mind Josh, he means well. If he had a larger melon, he wouldn't bash on DCs so much, but I understand that they're torture with smaller heads. I have the H10-13XL and as I've said in pretty much every headset thread to come up, had I bought the Bose X and then tried the 13XLs, I'd have been pissed at having wasted my money. That said, I haven't tried the Telex 50Ds that Josh covets so highly. Bottom line, try as many as you can, buy what works for you (not based on what works for me, Josh, ESF, or anyone else). |

| Old Skool | I have the H20-10XL's, and let me just say they are freakin awesome. Ive worn Sigtronics, and some other DC's, and to me they are the best. For an extra $250 I could have gotten the Bose ones, but $1000 for headsets!? I'm sure there are other great ones out there, but the ANR on the DCs kick butt...Not to mention the gel ear seals; to me, they beat the crap out of the foam stuff. |

| Old Skool | I wear a set of DC ENRs, and I think they're great. I'm one of the one's whose head they fit correctly. Some people have heads that the DCs feel like vise grips on. Try before ya buy, and it's personal preference from there on out. |

| Just wait until one of those gel seals punctures, leaving goo all over your face! Happened to me on my Commercial checkride, haha. I do prefer them, though. J. |

| Old Skool | ya, I had one on my old pair puncture, but not in flight. Replacement was only around 10 bucks I think. Even so, I still love em now matter what..Click on my lil battery pack, pop those babies on, and its peace and (relative) quiet. ![]() |

| DCs ANR = ENC and they rock. Hey don't sell your headset on ebay. You can't just bag it all, especially after getting your instrument! You busted your ass for that (at least I did) and paid a lot of money (me too). I think your business focus is great though and down the road you can fly where you want when you want. |
