Default pilot shop

I am thinking about starting a pilot shop in buffalo NY because we do not have one near the airport. Any advice on how to get started? ALso do I use individual companies (Jep, ASA etc) as suppliers or is there an individual company to use? Thanks

stop in at Prior, we've got Jepp, ASA, DC, Telex, and some other random things. we honestly only keep so much stock on hand because there really isn't a huge market up here(wish it were different). but if anyone ever needs anything i can get it overnited by making a phone call.

but in any event, if you do open a serious pilot shop up here it would be sweet. i just hope it works out for you. if you have any questions about how that stuff works (ordering, vendors, etc...) then just PM me.
