I am not number 1 - number one is a default administrator. Doug is 2, and I believe 3-5 were system tests.

When those system tests were going on, I got in and signed up. Just an FYI, back then this site was not nearly as busy - infact when I joined Doug got 10 emails a week, 3-4 of them were from me.

This thread made me curious so I looked up when I joined. I just had my four year anniversary since joining JC on Feb 28, 2001. Time is flying by. It hasn't felt like four years.

Yeah probably new was a bad choice of words - but you have to remember when I joined Doug was on the only sideways facing seat that does not flush!

What that means is he was a Second Officer/Flight Engineer. The F/E seat faces sideways and doesn't flush. The toliets on the plane are sideways and do flush....most of the time. All other seats on the plane face forward.

Ah, not all other seats face forward! Some F/A jumpseats are AFT facing.

Might be something from the software designer to do 'tech support' on the site, I'm not sure! But before all of the numbers got reset, I think Iain was my first user!

I barely had the forum installed and he had already signed up and made a post. I think that was the day I actually acquired the domain name.

Actually I didn't physically meet Iain until 2002, but he was my first website 'regular' back in 1996 or 1997. Might have been 1997, I can't remember.

those aft facing seats used to be the reason I loved to fly SWA, now most are gone.

Back in November of last year though my father flew on a trip from BOI to LAS on SWA that still had the rear facing seats. SWA BRING THOSE BACK, lol
