That's not always the case, Brother. If I had taken the job at MTSU, I'd be making about half of what i'm getting now, per hour. No salary, and about 25% of what I'm making, for ground instruction. That's the case at alot of other school, according to what I'm hearing from some folks that I know around the country.

You guys have a good deal down there!
