What I wonder is if this will benefit the air transportation system as a whole or create a whole new headache should they become the standard.

Changing route structures to where if you are going anywhere far away you would have to get a shorter flight to somewhere like JFK or LAX in order to get to the plane that does the puddlejumping. Also in the sense of fewer pilot jobs as well.

I was up there for the 777-200LR rollout, will post photos tomorrow. Those GE engines are HUGE and 19 hour flight duration is amazing!
