| Hay all!! I've been away from the board for quite sometime now, and really have no excuse for it. Where have I been?? Just working and going to classes to get the required courses done so I can work toward a degree, but I also got hurt at work and had to have surgery on my left ankle. Anyhoo and anyhow... I'm considering once again working toward getting my ratings when I'm better, and have "once again" been looking into some of the "reputable" flight schools around the country. I'm of course debating on whether to attend a full blown flight school, or going through an FBO to get my ratings. It will have to be at a place which will allow me to pay for each rating as I go along because I don't have any desire to "borrow" money. Since the date of my last postings, I have developed yet another problem (which is my fault), and lost my logbook. This of course happened before I got hurt, which was over a year ago, and have been thinking of starting over fresh anyway. My question is this: What does one do when their logbook (which had only around 25 hours) is gone, and can't be found? Otherwise, just thought I'd come back and extend a HELLO to everyone, including Doug. See ya around soon! Erik. |
