Truck and Plane Collide

The truck towing this Delta jet collided with a commuter plane that is no longer in the picture.
PHILADELPHIA INT'L AIRPORT-November 30, 2004 — Emergency teams at Philadelphia International Airport were busier than normal this morning after a truck and a plane collided.
It happened at about 6:25am at Terminal F, near Gate 78.

Nobody was on the plane, and no one was injured.

The truck, called a "tug," was towing a Delta jet when it hit a commuter plane and damaged the commuter plane.
The commuter plane struck by the truck.
Officials say it clipped one of the commuter plane's wings. The accident caused some fuel to spill from the commuter plane and crews are cleaning it up now.

The mishap is not causing any airline delays at Philadelphia International Airport.
