| Does anyone know how an Air Show organizes a military static display? Do Air Show organizers call around different bases asking if pilots would be willing to donate their time, or is it more complicated then that? |

| They call the various Public Affair's offices of the bases they wish to have bring aircraft. It goes from there. |
