Default And the number one long haul carrier?

According to Conde Nast Traveller, it's Air New Zealand.

Air New Zealand Voted Best Long Haul Carrier

That's a surprise to me!

A surprise to me too--but I hope it's true! I'll be flying them at the end of next month.

Hey John, I've been just about everywhere by now! --mostly away from the internet. Turkey is great and Turkey is crappy. I know that's kinda vague, when I get some time I'd like to do my own trip report/pictures from the road!

New Zealand is an awesome place to visit!

Lord of the Rings just made everyone aware of it. Oh, well. Now I'll hear more American accents when I go down there instead of being the only one with it!

Sorry to hear that man, you must have one dirty kitchen.

Sorry, Doug, I'll limit my further posts to Germanic languages--which is just as well because, as cristlfliesagain can attest, my turkish sucks!

Back on topic, I've heard some pretty good things about World Airways. Anyone ever flown with/on them, want to shed some light?

I think a flight is only as good as it's crew - my parents just flew ANZ to the South Pacific, and said it was alright. According to then United Long-Haul is the best long-haul - and on the Atlantic run they were always great.

I flew World and I hated every minute of it. The again, it was a military chartered flight, so it wasnt exactly vacation
