 |  Temporary Airmen\'s Certificate About to Expire Folks: My temporary CFI certificate is about to expire. Does anyone know the number I call to have the FAA fax me a new copy? Thanks! |

| Re: Temporary Airmen\'s Certificate About to Expire Same happened to me a couple of months ago. I called the FSDO, but I guess I caught them on a bad day as they were not too helpful. I then called up Oklahoma city. They told me the hold up was because of some missing information on the 2310 from the previous checkride (I did my COMSEL in March and the Multi-addon in April). Called the DPE who gave me the checkride and he sorted the whole thing out. It was just a box that had not been ticked in this case. Oklahoma City faxed me an extension and a week or so later my new license arrved in the mail. |
