Err, heh, they didn't depict any pressure drop in the combustor. Its not usually much, but there'll be some unless its really is a "perfect" engine. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

When I worked for Delta in CVG I heard several stories of a ramp agent that took a journey through a jet engine of a 737.

Apparently he rushed to put chocks on the main gear prior to the engines being shut down.

Not sure that was much of a fun journey.....

Don't know if I'd believe that, if the engine was at idle.

Now, I have seen the video of the guy on a carrier flight deck that took a little ride....at night!!!

Yeah, that carrier guy was on Oprah the other night. My wife and my mother were watching, okay!

And the guy with the chocks and the 737 must've been pretty determined. Depending on which way he went, he woulda gotten sucked in or blown away from the mains before he got to them.
