Default HELP!! Pilot compensation resources

Can anybody point me to a good resource setting out industry standards for compensation of flight crews? I'm not looking for how much flight crews are paid, but rather for information about HOW flight crews are paid (i.e. paid for block flight time, not paid for delays, preflight, etc.). Willflyforfood.cc does not seem to have what I am looking for.

Also, I have a memory that there is a site that has many pilot labor agreements available for download. This ring a bell for anyone?? Edit: OK. Found this one at airlinepilotcontracts.com
