I know this is an A.net style question but which airport would you guys like to be based at. Or I guess the question is which airport wouldnt bore your to death flying in and out of it all the time. I think somewhere in california whould be nice as there are many types of scenery; city, water, mountain, trees. Not that you really get a chance to look at it though right. Or would weather be a factor. I know the answer is probly going to be "where ever the first airline that hires me is based at" but I'm just curious to what you guys think. Regards Tom |

I'd love to live in and out of Salt Lake, but I don't quite see if happening. If I can get on with someone at a base where I don't have to commute (realisitically, Northwest in Detroit).

Minneapolis. 10,000 lakes and 4 full seasons, plus MSP is one of the nicest airports in the country. |

SXM - St. Marteen, or anywhere in the caribbean for that matter. I'd love to fly for Chalk's Ocean Airways!

My two airlines of choice are Delta and Continental.' I really, really like the south so grean and lush and wet so I'd have to say in foresight: 1.) Dallas Ft. Worth TX. (tho I here it won't be a Delta hub all that much longer.) 2.) Atlanta GA. 3.) Houston Intercontinental 4.)Seattle-Tacoma (I also love the pacific northwest) Matthew |

It would be DEN. Great airport in a great city that's minutes away from the mountains. what more could you ask for. If not Denver than JFK.

In no particular order... Santa Barbara, CA Oshkosh, WI Avalon, CA Phuket, Thailand If & when I ever fly professionally, I can create a more realistic list. ...and if I won a mega-lottery, I'd like to purchase several thousand acres somewhere in the USA where I could start my own airport and have fishing, hunting, hiking, motocross, golf, etc. all on property! Syracuse!? Boy, I'll trade, haha (I live and go to school 30 min. south of SYR). It's a nice airport, but the only decent part of the city is the University these days. Who am I to say, though: I'm about to interview with Phoenix PD, which just had 5 officers shot in the past six days .If I were to fly part 121: PHX DFW DEN J. |

Yes, Chautauqua has a crew base in GSO. My choices would be Dallas or Houston. (Somebody explain why I'm based in Columbus then???) |
