But believe it or not, the FAA and the TSA say the law requires them to prohibit those air-show performances. Public Law 108-7 prohibits air operations within three miles and 3,000 feet altitude of a Major League Baseball game. The Cleveland Indians are playing that Friday night in Jacobs Field, about two miles from Burke Lakefront Airport. Because of that, the FAA and TSA say they can't let the show go on.

He wanted an F/A-18 backseat, but the Secret Service demanded the S-3 so an agent could ride along, presumably because the President of the US can't be trusted alone with an officer of the US military. Burke has a rule of no touch and go traffic to from one hour prior to one hour after tribe/browns games. But this is kinda silly....

The air show happens once annually. The conflicting game is one of 162 the Indians will play this year (missed games will be rescheduled). The air show attracts 60,000 to 100,000 fans. The Indians averaged 21,358 fans per home game, last year. (How's the math working for you, Cleveland?)
