Default Tropical Storm/ Hurricane? Gaston

Well this just kind of popped out of nowhere. Guess I'm not flying today!

Winds are about 40-55 MPH here at my house right now... However my airport is in the path... expected to get almost 75 mph winds...

Hope they got the planes in the hanger, and the hanger stays up.

The Tree in our side yard snapped at the base almost flush with the ground!

That's good though, I hated mowing around that thing.

I just hope m new house faired well, going over later to check it out. I have lots of trees around it

That's what I've heard, but I've been at the new house since friday afternoon with no TV and Radio... The first clue I had that something was coming was when I was at WalMart buying paint brushes last night at about 9PM, and someone mentioned a tropical storm... I though, Hmmm better check that out! Luckily I live in Government housing right now.. so THEY have to deal with the tree removal.. MMoooowwwhahahahaa

Yes this one caught a lot of people by surprise. Rode it out at the airport as I did with Charley. Lots of raining and only damage came to some hangers.

Better keep your eye out on Frances (sp?)...Now that one is a doozy.
