| Re: Crooked Charter Request You've GOT to be kidding.
I guess he must have just walked into a Greyhound bus station, got onboard and expected to ride free to Chattanooga because, after all, the bus from his house to school was free!
Well, errr, sorta... if you don't count school tax, school bond measures and property tax... |

| Re: Crooked Charter Request The dude was totally serious. I was trying to explain that someone had purchased his discovery flight and given it to him as a gift, with money even, and that we didn't offer a free service. It's funny you mentioned taxes because in his ramblings he said something about his tax dollars paying for the runways and controllers. I told him his tax dollars also pay for roads, but who bought his car? |

But I don't get what the guy was asking for. If he wanted someone to fly him down to wherever he was going. But there is something about training on the way and that confused me.

The guy wanted a flight to CHA. After I said that he couldn't get it from me (that would be a charter), he decided that he wanted "flight training", and that we'd do a XC to CHA.
Make more sense now? |
