Default PSA pay scale?

Guys, I have been trying to locate a pay scale for PSA but I have been completely unable to find it. Does anybody have this information? Thanks!

Don't know if they list PSA pilot pay, but check out this site: http://www.ppjn.com.

Thanks for the page but no dice. I wonder if the pay scale at PSA is a corporate secret? I can't find it anywhere.

Multiply Mesa's by a factor of 2.23.

Not to knock Mike's Mesa-bashing bubble, but I'm pretty sure Mesa actually makes MORE than PSA.

Exactly. By a factor of 2.23.

And Mesa still reaps what they sow.

Wait, now I'm confused. First you say to multiply Mesa's wage by 2.23 and that would be PSA. Now you're saying that Mesa makes PSA * 2.23? While I agree that Mesa might not be the best regional out there, they are far from the worse. I know in the past you've said you just say "Mesa" to represent bad regionals in general, but I'm starting to agree with JT. You seem like you have a serious chip on your shoulder when it comes to Mesa.

But we don't know what PSA pilots make.

Yeah, and I'm outta links to find out, too. Checked airlinepilotcontracts, pilotjobs, and a few others. All I know is they are a wholly owned subisdiary of US Airways (along w/ Allegheny and Piedmont), and a lot of their pilots or Jets 4 Jobs. At least they were, not sure if they've been recalled or not. All I know for sure is a Mesa FO on the turboprop starts at a shade above $18 and an RJ a little over $20.

A serious chip on my shoulder with all of them, actually. More like outright disgust with their management.

Hey, just calling a spade a spade. Military has problems of it's own that I have no compunction in calling out either, to be perfectly fair.

Can't really disagree with you there, however I think my disgust with management extends to some majors (and a certain theme park/entertainment company). It's one of those "hey, I gotta start somewhere" things, though. Damned if I do, damned if I don't.

I know what you mean, and therein lies the pickle. Pilots need the time to move up the ladder, but all the doors (door 1/2/3, etc) all lead through swamps before they get to the green grass.

I just wish it could be a more quality path for pilots, especially after all the work one goes through just to get the ratings. That's all.

Just a big bane of frustration for me....seeing pilots with excellent training, skills, work ethic, etc....having to be treated less than deserved, while idiots lik, for instance, Paris Hilton, don't amount to anything and never learn the importance of a dollar.

So just know that that's where my frustration lies....not in any way with the pilots themselves.

Almost wish if I had the money, I could start an airline that would have good pay and bennies and take care of it's people. It'd be like "I know you're here for a stepping stone, and I fully understand......I'm more than willing to take care of you as an employee, if you take care of me as a worker. You need a recommendation? You''ll get it. Need time off for that interview? You'll get it. Just do your best here and try to make this place the best during your tenure, and I'll try to make sure you have decent pay and QOL."

Probably just a dream, but it'd be a good one to come to reality.

That is sort of odd that PSA's payscale can't be found. Not saying it's anything nefarious, just sort of odd. Normally that kind of info is easily google-able.

It's not there either although the pilot-pay page is the most complete I've seen.

You know you'd like it........no stupid pax, no union/management BS, no political correctness, no overbearing captains, good high pay.

On the downside...no Chik Fil-As, no autopilot, no computers at all for that matter, good high pay commensurate with good high danger level.....
