I'm gonna go with "not believe it." You'd be the first Trek Geek I know that is normal. Then again, I'm a Trek Geek (although I prefer Star Wars) and I'll be the first to admit I'm far from normal.

Well, if you wouldn't insist on speaking in Klingon.....

I read somewhere that there are people who argue about how to say certain phrases in Klingon.

Do you guys remember the SNL skit with William Shatner in it, where he addresses a Star Trek fan club?

"You, you're what, 25, 30? Still live in your mother's basement? Have you ever kissed a girl?"

Oh hell, I went to the opening of the Star Trek Hilton hotel in Vegas, for free mind you, & the Trek geeks were all over the place. I was on line for the ride & was one of the few people in normal clothes.

Go to a Star Trek convention, it is funny seeing the people dressed up in costume.....

Oh, my God! One of the funniest things that I ever saw was the Las Vegas Hilton during Comdex. We had a booth at Comdex, and I was staying at the Stratosphere, so to get there, I walked through the Las Vegas Hilton!

Imagine, if you will. Nearly 100,000 computer engineers, programmers, and network specialists in a town with a Star Trek ride.

Know who LOVED Comdex? The people running the Star Trek show and strippers.

That has got to be one of the greatest pickup lines ever. Nevermind that it'll only work on chicks with five teeth. It's still great!
