Was scheduled to log some S. Atlantic/Carribbean time while I'm still down here in PR, but thanks to the Tropical Depression in the area, they were calling for surface winds of 25-30kts so I had to cancel. I was soooo looking forward to it also. And I'm not sure that the winds ever got as bad as they were calling for. |

Sorry about your flight being cancelled, but here in FL we got some of the best surf we've had all summer. Kind of a one's man trash is another's treasure I guess. You'll get to fly another day.

what part of the island, did the rainforest thing last time I was here, no caves. Didn't do a whole lot this trip, after being here last year for 5 months, pretty much saw and did everything I wanted to. |

never that far west on the island . . . most of the things we did were either w/in twenty minutes of San Juan (Bacardi), many things we did were to the east . . . play golf, rainforest, etc

Did you go to one of the outer islands off the east coast, that's where my avatar is taken from.

Nope, just stayed on the mainland, some guys would take catamaran trips but not sure whether or not they actually visited any other islands. Are you from PR, or just vacationing? |

But I saw on the news about how some people have figured out how to surf the bowwaves of ships that are going up the Houston ship channel. It sure looked like fun.
