If it wasn't so serious, it might be funny. Bomb on Board, or Just Bob? Flight Attendants Association's Michael Mijatov said "BOB" was a common term used on domestic and international flights by Australian and American crew. "Simply, it indicates from the perspective of people on board the aircraft, whether it's passengers or cabin crew, that someone sitting in a particular seat ... to put it quite bluntly, looks good," he told ABC radio. Amber? Ever use that term? |

Could just be something that the folks flying international to Australia and New Zealand pick up. Who knows? You could tell that was obviously written by someone from that area, with them calling it a "sick bag" and so on.

Hey, Doug Shiela is what the good old aussie term for women is. Eg. all the Shielas are heading to the beach. Doesnt actually refer to the way they look at all. Still, didnt know B-O-B meant best on board! Have a good day! Aussie |
