Well, if all goes as it should I'll be instructing this time next year, but one year ago I'd have said that by now I'd be getting my initial CFI or CFII and this past year I got a good demonstration of how fecal matter can hit the rotating device and things don't go as planned. Good news is it builds character, and its a good lesson that prepares me for the reality of this industry. Bad news is, well, it sucks.

Should be back up in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, with a Citabria. Instructing tail wheel endorsements, spin training, limited aerobatics, and sport pilots!

Not the kind of thing you can really predict in aviation If you had asked me last month I'd say still flying around in the right seat of the Navajo. Now I'm just hoping I can find some one to let me use their plane to solo in. I guess I'll be getting ready for my helicopter, private, and multi engine checkrides in a year.

I hope to be flying around in some sort of jet in a years time. Virgin Blue or Cathay Pacific would be nice. Otherwise I'll be into my 5th year of 'turbopropping'... I need an easier job

1836 E. 47th St., Luray, Virginia, sitting in a rocking chair exactly four feet due south of the front door. I have no idea. Hopefully somewhere cool with cool people. |

Hmmmm Best case - First Officer for a decent regional or 135 outfit. In between - First Officer for OK airline or cargo driver. Worst case - Still instructing with close to 2500 hrs TT by then. (estimate.) If that happens, maybe I'll just go to plan B and see if I can get a job at Krusty Burger. |

I'd let you solo in my 152 but you'd have to come to Spokane, Washington.

If things work out, hopefully sitting right seat at ExpressJet! The icing on the cake would be if I was able to be there long enough to be based in Houston, have an decent apartment of my own, be able to pay on my mountain of student loans and still have a little $$ left over for "just in case".

Ivy League grad (crossing fingers), police academy (AZLEA), finishing my commercial rotor (time-wise, it's a ridiculously easy add-on to fixed ASEL). We'll see - priorities change, folks. That's the one thing I've learned thus far...priorities can really change. J. |

hopefully, at either a freight or charter company building multi like crazy. People at Airnet, did you hear me??? lol. Apps already in, keeping it updated just keeping building hours. If not, then possibly Scenic Airlines. Basically, any place that will hire me to build multi time. At a decent wage, if possible.
