Oh, that! Well, that's usually because I'm running around like a madman on the weekends, trying to cram all the things I want to do into two days. Oh, who am I talking to, right? ![]() JC is like my workplace entertainment. Make a few calls, send out a few emails, and then, hey, I wonder what's happening at JC. |

I've done my time as house-mom to a bunch of crazy pilots! I ran a pilot crashpad just east of ORD for many years. We had several United, American & Eagle guys there. It was an absolute madhouse, I was forever coming home to messes and they dented in the roof of my old car when we took it to Home Depot to buy wood to make bunk beds out of. Nothing like having a hundred-odd pounds of 2X4s and plywood strapped to the roof of and '89 cavalier! Now I'm just house-mom to two men! (That would be my husband and my baby boy!) It does, however, sound like a very good time! |

Started class 11/03 with Pinnacle...checkride in the CRJ 1/04.... Was hired with 1700 TT and 330 ME....the referrals are key though. Now holding 14 and 15 days off with 90+ hours of flying time Just got an apartment in the Detroit area. Got sick of the commute. Commuting blows big donkey balls. Especially from TLH-DTW... Currently, I have an inflatable matress and a basket turned upside down for furniture.... PARTY AT MY PLACE! Bringing the rest of the stuff up later this week. If any of you know of any hot chicks willing to come and give me massages and bring me food and stuff, please advise. I'm single, I'm studly, and I fly airplanes, goshdangit! |

Hired back in March of 04 at Skywest with 1100TT and 150ME in the EMB 120. Had a class date but it was cancelled and have been in the pool ever since. However I do know that I"m #1 out of 90 on the seniority list of the pilot pool.

[ QUOTE ] Hey FL270, do crew usually fly both ERJ135 and ERJ145 or just stick to one model? [/ QUOTE ]Everybody at CHQ is trained on the EMB-135, 140, and 145. They are a common type rating, so we learn on the 145 and do "differences" training. The differences are very minimal ... weights and number of seats are the biggies. I know American Eagle ERJ pilots fly all three models as we do. (Side note: AE and CHQ are the only two companies in the world to operate all three models of the ERJ-145 family.) FL270 |

Hired by AE Feb 04, started class on 3/04, finished IOE 5/04. I am flying the CRJ, and have been a line holder since my first time bidding. I was hired with 1600/500/450 turbine. I am currently commuting, but will be moving when I get married. |
