Just heard the word that Gemini is all done. Pairings for the rest of the month completed, then you are terminated. I don't have a copy of the email... but, Dayum - something's gotta change. I even hear UAL may fold soon...

According to the Gemini pilot's blog-site, GAC is not closed, but some workers unfortunately did have their positions eliminated on short-notice. Good luck to those guys, I hope they can find a better situation.

That's bad to hear. There are some good folks over there. I spent 3 1/2 years there while on furlough from Southernjets, working in Ops. Of course, I also got laid off in 11/05 right before they filed for BK, so I guess I got two layoffs and 2 BK airlines under the belt.
