Morale is actually half way decent in OAK these days. They've got a bunch of new guys who are just happy to be there right now. Staffing issues getting a little better. They still have a lot of people TDY'd there every week though.

I doubt it's the place one works. The people that drink are going to drink no matter the place.

Compared to whats happening on the 121 side of the industry, I'm sitting pretty comfy. AMF has its good, bad, and ugly just like everywhere else.
