I wouldn't worry about it. Assuming I ever get there, I have my fun on the ground...it's all business on the flight deck.

I guess we have different definitions of fun.

To add to the actual conversation. I believe this a good step foreword for Airnet. Like it was stated before you either will sink or swim if you don't make any actions quickly in the environment we are in now. Loosing 25% of our bank volume every year will quickly turn Airnet upside down. Now that we have a deep pocketed (is that even a word?) investor we can turn our interests to what the market needs now. Not the overnight check hauling carrier, but a true cargo carrier. We have ventured into the normal cargo and charter businesses now, but our business structure right now does not support what Airnet needs to do to survive the next few years. Personally I believe that with this extra influx of cash available, Airnet as a private business can buy assets that can help us morph into the cargo carrier that will keep her afloat. Just my $.02 though.

As an alumnus of US Check (Airnet), I wish you all the best. However, If you know anything about the two airlines Bayside owns, you would soon realize that Bayside has done nothing positive for either. Amerijet has always been at the bottom and Gemini, while not being a career airline WAS a decent place to get some heavy jet, international experience prior to moving on to a career airline, has actually regressed and has become a true bottom feeder with terrible pay and working conditions. Bayside has done NOTHING positive for either airline and unfortunately, don't expect any sudden cash infusion or refleeting of Airnet from Bayside.
