(Not really, though. I don't need a GPS period and am happy with DME, or as a luxury, the RNAV units. )

Dont know which model Trimble you guys have,but I have a Trimble 2000 Approach Plus and got a notice from Jeppesen that said they will not update the card after June 2009. Dont know if this applies to you or not.

I don't know what "GPS" means, but DME is for wusses (/A is for airliners) and RNAV is too many letters to make sense.
