| First time ever I felt the flight couldn't be done safe. Staying overnight, wouldn't even fly part 91 to repo the plane. Im second guessing myself so much wanting to get home and be there for my boy's birthday tonight. |

| Old Skool | Don't second guess yourself, you're one of the best pilots I trained, and one of the most safe that I've flown with and you know what you're doing. Was it because of the 40 inches of snow that fell in Salt Lake in the last few days? |

| And the fact that you aren't tells me that you made the right call. Better to miss this one than a whole lot more. Not that it will make you feel any better, but I have complete faith in your decision making. I'm fairly sure you already know that the management in SLC has your back, too. You couldn't ask for a better ops manager or ACP, especially in situations like this.

| Nope nothing with SLC of all things Rwy conditions in Rexburg, ID. Ask Austin I called him tonight to talk about it. Crazy thing leaving the airport I lost control of the car and did a 180 on the road. Almost got hit on both ends of the car. Oh yeah I got a 297 ride tomorrow (my day off) morning that M.P. is doing. Didn't find out till last night |

| Old Skool | Are you doing an RPC or an IPC? MP's an awesome guy man, tell him I said what's up and that I'll call him...one of these days. Oh yeah and ask him if he's gonna be in SLC for a few days, if he is we should all hang. |

Period. The hardest thing pilots have to do is say "no", and it's always the right decision in my opinion. Doesn't matter why...that little voice said "uh...I don't theenk so" then you cancel. Well done. -mini | |

| Better to wish you were flying while on the ground than wishing you were on the ground from the air!

| It was a good thing to cancel looking back. If I wouldv'e tried to be the get'r done that night. Good chance of prop strike an/or bent wing tips, yeah the snow banks are that high and runway that slick. |

| Where I come from, we care *very little* about not making a flight. We care *very much* about any bent aluminum. |

| Not many company motto's start with "Aluminum bent while you wait". Good call, safety first.

| Old Skool | Ok after talking with Austin, you for sure made the right decision. He said he almost killed himself out there earlier in the week, and with all the snow we've been getting it couldn't have been any better. |
