The 1900 goes Jackson to Monroe LA in the AM, and then repositions back to Jackson. Starts Tuesday morning and done Friday morning. If you don't care about flying its a great schedule. The 99 goes Jackson to Natchez MS and brings cargo back from Natchez in the evening

I've been TDY'd on the 99 run out of JAN. That run's sort of a 2 for 1 special for me because it allows for me to see the parents on the weekends. It departs JAN at between 0700 and 0730 arrives and lays over in HEZ until 1930 and back to JAN for the night. Showtime for the run is 0530. It's a Monday through Friday run.

The 1900 run shows and departs at the same time and does an out and back to Monroe.

I know Hankins (Be18) and Martinaire (C-208) both have UPS runs out of JAN going to GTR.

Why do we bother with that run

Why can't we focus on the runs at the other bases

The Jackson base has just been closed down for AMF... The 1900 and 99's have been repo'd out to other bases.

Flight Express used to have a couple of runs out of Hawkins. Ask me how I know. One of the most beautiful things I ever saw was Jackson, MS in my rear view mirror. The entire town is in the wrong part of town.

Especially the area around Hawkins. North of I-220 on I-55 is nice, as well as south of I-20 on US 49, but everything in between...

IDK.. I heard about it at least 2 or 3 weeks ago. The aircraft just got repo'd out of there this week, though.

Tinman? He lurks on here occasionally... Maybe if I talk some trash about how horrible of an airplane the proboscis infested Beech 1900 is he'll appear!

He flies a PC12 now and is a PTOC training captain for the SLC base.

Ask and ye shall receive. I felt the force being disturbed, and I had to find out who would do such a thing...... a friggin' metro driver. At least you're a Bro driver now(or is it Bra?).

Bummer... there are a lot of good people up there. I hope they can all find something else soon. That base has had a rough couple of years.
