I've searched the forums, and I haven't found any extensive information on Baron Aviation. Does anyone know anything about them (pay, QOL, aircraft maintenance, etc.)? They have a run out of Wichita, and I sent them a resume. I'm just trying to find some information on them. Thanks in advance.

Baron is just a typical fed ex feeder. Pay is almost all the same starting at around 34,000 with the normal benifits. The Caravan is a nice plane but it is kind of a dead end job. If you are not wanting to move and have a family it might not be a bad job but if you are single and can move there are much better things out there. Schedule: typically leave between 6-8 at night and stay in a hotel of apartment and go home around 5-8 in the morn. any other questions feel free to ask

Thanks for the reply. I'm just looking for a local job right now. I cannot move from the area I'm currently living. I'm at a job with no flying right now, and need to get back in the air. Their Website states 2000 PIC as a minimum. But in Trade-a-Plane, they posted 2000 TT as a minimum.
