Default 135 Freight Bases in OKC?

So does anyone know of any 135 freight gigs that have a base (domicile) in Oklahoma City?

I know, I know. My SO is from Lawton, and well, I ain't doin' Lawton, and OKC is a pretty decent town. I am from Atlanta originally, but holy &%^ there are WAY too many people there now, so....OKC is where I'd like to put down roots...if I do the airline thing it's not too bad to commute to ATL or DFW from there. It's the 135 cargo that I'm concerned about.

It is a nice town to live in. I have a house in South OKC, but in the Moore school district. Might be going back there in a few years. Pacman is there now, maybe he will see and comment.

Amflight has a Chieftain there. I'm sure you wouldn't have to beg to hard to take that one

You rang COMPLEX.....went to Chicago area and Des Moines to spend Turkey day with the in-laws, so I'm a lil' late on replying. GALAXY--Hmmmm, what to say about OKC :-).......as JTRAIN mentioned, Ameriflight has a run that is based in OKC--leave OKC in the morning to Altus and you'll stay in a hotel there all day and leave in the evening to stop in Clinton for a quick turn on your way back to OKC. KLB and BRADMIKE99 have actually flown this run so they will correct me if I'm wrong. It was banking about 2.5 or so on the hobbs meter a day and is only a Chieftan run. It wouldn't be worth it to stay here long term and fly the OKC run, because of the pay. You'd never upgrade by just loitering here in OKC--again, I"m no expert, just a reader of these forums, so others will probably be more helpful. I PM'd you my phone # so give me a shout and I'll answer what I can about OKC---chat at ya soon.

I'm in DFW. They are thinking of sending me to OKC to cover the chieftan run on Friday and who knows where I'll be next week.

Figures...you'll be coming up here while I'm gone to Vegas. I'm leaving tomorrow and will be home on 13 Dec. If you are still in the area after the 13th, let me know and we can hook up for dinner or something. We need to set up a big M&G in DFW again....I'm always away when times/dates are set up.

Good deal, guys, I appreciate all the info. I like OKC quite a bit so I don't think that run would be too bad...well, for a little while anyway. Hey PacMan, I am flying this afternoon/evening and see that you are going to Vegas (Rock on!!!) tommorrow so I'll just give you a call after you get back...I'm in no hurry since I still have a while until I can retire (dammit man...it can't get here fast enough!)
