Well, it's official. I passed my 135 checkride this afternoon. IOE the next 3 nights, then I'm on my own.

How ya liking it so far? I am getting close to ATP mins, so I am going to instruct a while more, but this looks like a good option once I am done instructing.

In my first week, I've doubled my amount of actuall instrument time, shot several aproaches down to minimums, and overall had a blast. Best yet, instead of sitting and waiting for good weather to teach some student, I just check it and go! My first encounter with ice. Taxing out behind a MD-11 and taking midfield so I can cut in front of him is just cool. Learning my way around DFW. It's AWESOME!
