You ever been there at 2am? I bet you they won't be there.
I've heard from alot of people that our jet's just collect dust at various airports. Fact is between 1am-5am most of our fleet is airborne.
When I flew a Caravan for Martinaire, you would swear the airplane never flew if you were only at the airport during the daytime. Same tiedown spot, and secured in the same manner every single morning. Furthermore, if they are there overnight, that may be their UPS hub where they fly into at night.

Well, it's official.

I passed my 135 checkride this afternoon. IOE the next 3 nights, then I'm on my own.

I LOVE IT!!!!

In my first week, I've doubled my amount of actuall instrument time, shot several aproaches down to minimums, and overall had a blast.

Best yet, instead of sitting and waiting for good weather to teach some student, I just check it and go!

My first encounter with ice.

Taxing out behind a MD-11 and taking midfield so I can cut in front of him is just cool.

Learning my way around DFW.

It's AWESOME!
