Default Saint Paul and the Freezing Fueling

We were already a little bit late for our departure so we left anchorage for bethel in a hurry. Landed in Bethel, Crowley fuels quickly fueled us and sent us on our way, however, upon reaching saint paul we had to fuel out of 4 55gal drums. That being said, the pump ceased to work immediately after the first drum was empty. The rain began to fall sideways, and the pump finally began to work. An hour after we had unloaded, we were able to continue from saint paul to saint george, to anchorage.
