Even for a non-flight crew position? The instructions seem pretty specific otherwise. I don't want to be "that guy" who can't follow simple directions.

Sorry, didn't see the non-flying position part of that. Follow directions on the job posting. I'm sure some of the Airnetters can give you a better answer, since I'm out of the loop and not sure who you'd contact for that.
