I just got hired with Ameriflight a couple of months ago and I only had 59 hours of multi so I wouldn't let low multi time stop you from applying. If you meet 135 mins and have a good attitude in the interview and can demonstrate basic instrument skills on a simulator you should be OK. Good luck on whatever you decide.

I want to fly for AMF on the Seattle, Omak, Grand Coulee, Moses Lake route. Thats what I do nearly everyday to get up to the 141 commercial time minimums!

You know that's what I was thinking, and then I saw the 99 in his name and thought, "You know maybe, just maybe Billings is that desperate"

A matter of fact, I don't even think of where I'm staying as home. Its only a place to rest my head until I leave heading out again.

Im gonna ask this hot curiour out in San Diego I think Ive been a freight dawg to long, but she is so fine yeah some steak and wine!

If anyone is close to AMF mins just get your app in now. And follow up with Joni. Two 99 slots will be opening up soon in BUR/ONT and it looks like movement just about everywhere.

Where does one go after working for a company like Fight Express, where they only have pistons? At least with Airnet, you can leave with Lear time, so you can get on with Netjets or someplace...

You don't need Lear time to get on with Netjets, you need turbine time.

We haven't had a guy NOT get the job at NetJets yet.

this company right here. They have Cessna 210's and Beech Barons. If I were to work for them, I would get no turbine time. Not even turboprop time. I was asking what people normally do after working at a place like this.

Since when has Netjets had a turbine requirement?
People go to places like Flight Express for the life not the equipment. I went to airnet to make more then a regional and to be home every night. I could care less about the lear upgrade. It happens when it happens.

oh, I just didn't want to shoot myself in the foot by going with a company like that and after 5 years end up with like 3000 hours, but unemployable because all my time is in little piston planes. So after a few years at Flight Express I can shouldn't have a problem finding work at "bigger" places?

I guess what I'm saying, is that am I likley going to regret working someplace where I am limited to piston time? Are there many places where you can make 6 figures, and will hire you with just a ton of piston time?

I've heard of that company!

Do you think that everybody at FLX is stuck at FLX forever? Not hardly. Most of us are here because we wanted to make a decent living. I'm not chasing next step. I'm living for this afternoon, and tomorrow night, and trying to pay bills.
