| The Freight Dog community lost a valuable asset on Friday, Sept 8, 2006. Another Cargo Cat bought the farm and made the turn to regional flying. May he R.I.P.! I guess now instead of a Cargo Cat he is Regional Rat! Haha! We'll miss laughing with you on company robair73! |

| You guys are too funny. I think Regional Rat just about describes it too. All good things must come to an end I guess. My days as a kitty are over. One of the good things about being a Rat as opposed to a Cat is that I don't have to take "Cat"naps all day. I can get a rat's full night sleep! Oh snap!

| Mostly for sleep. I've been getting very irritated the past few months with our schedule. We're on duty from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. M-F. Minimum rest 5 nights a week! It equates to about 3-4 hours of sleep a night at home and a 2-3 hour nap during the day in a hotel if you're lucky. On top of that, we only log 2-2.5 hours of flight time a day. 75 hours of duty time a week with no per diem either. I really can go on and on, but those are some of the main reasons. This is my second cargo job. My first cargo job's schedule was nice. I didn't know the schedule at the current job would be as crazy as it is.

| Tsk Tsk... Don't tell people that, we need to get some replacements! Everyone, the schedule as a Cargo Cat rocks and you will make over 80K a year starting out! Come fly with US! LOL. robair, we'll be listening for you on the radio. Don't forget your SLC roots! |

| Good working with you, Rob. Sorry I didn't get to see you before you left, but I've been partaking in some activities here in NY all week that I know you'd approve of. Best of luck as a regional rat! I couldn't do it, but I hope you like it! |

| From looking at SkyWest's training facility, Ameriflight should be looking for pilots all over its system. I counted 5 Ameriflight pilots in CRJ class with more likely to come.
